A Message to Weinland from an Ex-Follower

Ron, I know you're reading my blog and I wanted to make sure that you see the message from one of your ex-followers originally posted as a comment to an earlier post:

"I hope people are smart enough to see his true colors now that he has backtracked on everything he has said. I must say I fell for his BALONEY and that was the most expensive BALONEY I have ever bought. When he posted his NEW TRUTH that was when it hit me..........How STUPID I was to listen to all his BS. He goes on and on about all his mockers. I bet his ears are really ringing now. Thank you for letting me vent, I know that many other people fell for his almighty crap and hopefully they see the light.

"This statement is for you RONALD WEINLAND. I hope you get what you have wished on all your mockers, is it cancer Ronny? You're so puffed up with pride you make me sick and I know you are on the computer reading everything that people are writing about you because you say it all the time in your sermons, you're so full of yourself. What you didn't realize is that you are the one telling the people about what is being said.... Isn't that AMAZING!

Ronnie boy, I hope the author of this comment is only one of many of your members who will come to the realization that they're not following God, they're following you. And come to the understanding that you're full of .. toxic waste.

For those still in the COG-PKG:
I am interested to know, what would it take to convince some of you that Ron Weinland is a false prophet? How much more evidence do you need? Either what he gets from God is truth or it is not from God. God is not the author of confusion. God is not a liar and God does not tempt people.
If God is all truth, then God would not intentionally tell a lie because that goes against the very nature of God. If God tricks you, or lies to you, then how can you believe anything God says or writes? Yet, that is exactly what Ron Weinland said in the last sermon.
So, how do you reconcile an apparent God who lies with a truthful Ron Weinland? How do you know that God isn't pulling the same trick again?

2 Thess. 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

This would be the alternative idea that God indeed can send such delusion that anyone would believe it to be true. Whose fault then is this really?

It is somewhat disconcerting to think for this some get damned, whatever that means, for believing the delusion God sent them that seemed true.

II Chron 18:22

""Now therefore, behold, the LORD has put a deceiving spirit in the mouth of these your prophets, for the LORD has proclaimed disaster against you."

Seems like God sending a hit man to cause the prophets to lie, because God wants to whack em and the prophets may not have been going along with it.

Confusing to say the least. Evidently God not only sends lying spirits at times, but makes them believable and then punishes for believing them.

I think we DO have to ask if God does this, how can we trust things? I"m sure there is an appropriate apologetic for this somewhere.

Ron, I was angry at you, but I guess you did me a favor. I believed in God and the Bible all my life. Since you came out with that last sermon and mind-numbingly pathetic post (June 24th 2008) on your website, how can I believe in either? You alone have made me question my belief in God. One other thing...do you really have to use that stupid little mocking voice when you want to deride other people? That really put me off, even before you spoke presumptiously.
