Ron Resets, and a New Plan B

In today's sermon-without-a-title (and without any reading from the bible) False Prophet Ron Weinland expanded on his website post of Thursday and definitely withdrew the 45-90 days prophecy regarding the second trumpet. He stated that the 1335 days have not started and neither has his job as Spokesman Witness. ShadowsOfWCG has more details as well.

In spite of this, he did not admit to being a False Prophet. Nor has he indicated that he will stop preaching and repent as he promised on March 29. It does not appear to me that he's executing the "Plan B" leaked to the Internet a couple of months ago. Rather, he is moving expectations to December, and to the "Jubilee Truth" to be revealed on the Feast of Trumpets (September 30).

The False Prophet spent some time responding to his critics, even mentioning WeinlandWatch's Drinking Game. He even reiterated his threat to his mockers, even though he's not presently one of the two witnesses given his timeline reset. A good deal of his sermon was spent preparing his followers for the ridicule they may face from friend, family, co-workers, etc. He read several letters, including from followers who still believe him despite his failed prophecies.

His Google Adwords campaign continues -- a search on "Nostradamus" will still return a sponsored link for "the-end" website which promotes his toxic books. By moving expectations to December, which is still 2008 he can still use "2008 God's Final Witness" in another timeline.

Reading between the lines and doing a little math here is my speculation as to the Insane Liar's new Plan B with a new timeline and what his new 50th "truth" is:
  • September 30, 2008 is the Feast of Trumpets. It will also be the Day of the reSealing of the 144,000 (1335 days)
  • November 14, 2008 is the reOpening of the Seventh Seal (1290 days)
  • December 14, 2008 is the reSounding of the First Trumpet (1260 days)
  • May 27, 2012 is when Jesus returns -- on Pentecost.
The 50th "Truth" will be a new understanding of the significance of Pentecost, making it the day of Christ's return. How convenient. The 50th Truth about the 50th Day. Between now and then look for Weinland to make frequent mention of Pentecost to lay the groundwork for this new "truth".

The Google Adwords campaign will continue, perhaps with renewed urgency after September. And if I were one of the Armstrongite ministers prophesied to die in the First Phase of the Fifth Thunder, I'd watch my back, at least up 'til November 14th.

>> speculation off <<

It's pretty clear that the False Prophet Ronnie show is going to continue, whether with the previously leaked Plan B, my speculative Plan B, or some other Plan B. This is unfortunate, since it will continue to harm the majority of his followers who will probably stick with him, and the additional new followers that he'll suck in.

Careful. ILFPRW may just take the timeline you've posted, and run with it.

Clearly he's getting his "guidance" (if he is in fact delusional, and not just crazy like a fox) from his mockers and critics.....

"He stated that the 1335 days have not started and neither has his job as Spokesman Witness."

Just caught this. Sounds like he's trying to wriggle into "repentance"? This would fall in line directly with Plan B.

If he does steal my timeline, or if it's already his timeline and I'm a good guesser -- either way I said it here first.

I'm certainly not divinely inspired, so he'd have a hard time claiming that it is for him. It's clearly calculated, and he let slip enough details of his plan that others should be able to recognize it, if they "have eyes to see."

This False Prophet Ron Weinland will not repent any more than HWA repented. He has no need because of his haughty, arrogant, self-important, narcisitic personality. It's everyone elses fault, except his own.

Let's see some REAL repentence FPR, like you said you would do in AAAALLLLL those interviews that you had. Either what you said before is ABSOLUTELY TRUE (as you stated so clearly in AAAALLLLL those interviews and sermons), or they are FALSE. It's not about interpretation or time, it's about you being false. You lack understanding because you don't have it from God and are leaning on your own understanding.

You are a false prophet Ron Weinland and should have your ministerial credentials revocked and be BANISHED from ever preaching another sermon for the rest of your life.

There should be no more doubt left by anyone that Ron Weinland is a false prophet.
If you KNOWINGLY follow a false prophet, then you are outside of God's will and are in disobedience to God.
Read your Bible over this matter. It is true.
Will you obey God or will you obey a man? The choice is yours. I know which side I would want to be on.

I am about half-way through the book, but I did flick to the last chapter. One of my main problems with it is that Ron endorses the teachings of Jesus, but contravenes the spirit of what he and his followers taught. Jesus broke with legalistic observation of the Sabbath.

Jesus taught that "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath" (Mark 2:27).

In Colossians 2:16, Paul wrote, "Therefore, let no one judge you in matters of food and drink or with respect to a festival, a new moon, or SABBATH days."

Doesn't this make Ron a false prophet? If he really wants to implement the Old Testament to the letter, then what should be the fate of a false prophet? (Deuteronomy 13:6-9).

But, of course, that's the command they applied to Jesus!

So maybe there's a grain of truth in what he says. If Ron convinces people, but is proved wrong, then he will met the fate he predicts - but will he come out the other end?
