Weinland on the Radio

False Prophet Ronald Weinland was back on Cincinnati radio station 700 WLW today. I've had a chance to listen to Mike McConnell interview him for the fourth time. But I do not have time this evening to comment further on it. Despite what the Insane Liar claims, I do have a life.

The interview is available on the radio station's website. Go to this web page and then download the MP3 file for 3/6/09 Hour 2.

Weinland also put up a post last night on his blog website. Pretty much more of the same.

A major problem with Ron Weinland is that he thinks the Bible was written for and is centered around the United States. He holds the same disproven pet theory of British-Israelism that his predecessor Herbert Armstrong held. That's the lynchpin in all of his so-called "prophecies". Since British-Israelism is completely without any merit and is an out and out false teaching that Weinland keeps propagating, none of what he says "prophetically" can be or is true.

He's another false prophet even if he doesn't see himself that way. Nobody needs to be scared of what he says.

British-Israelism is not necessarily an out and out false teaching. Translations in language do, in fact, give some merit to it's possibility. America and England have fulfilled the prophesy of Jacob(Israel)to his two grandsons, the lia fail did actually stir a lot of trouble in England to where it had to be moved to Scotland, and the fact that what God said regarding David's throne came true in the U.K. is a key. God said that David's throne shall be planted, uprooted, planted, uprooted, planted, uprooted and planted where it shall remain til Jesus' coming.
There was a planting of the throne in Ireland by some girls who were of Royal line and unknown in origin (actual fact)
This line did fall and the same blood line resumed in Scotland.(fact)
This line also failed by war and the same bloodline did resume in England where it is now(fact). This is a little hard to argue as it is a provable fact by genealogy.
It would not be a physical throne Jesus would assume but the government over the tribe of Israel.
Now, this does not change the FACT that Ron Weinland is a false prophet. It is not British-Israelism which makes him this. It is simply his false prophesies which make him a false prophet. Imagine that!

"British-Israelism is not necessarily an out and out false teaching."

Yes it is. It is also anti-Semitic and racist: "British Israelism spawned the Christian Identity movement, which was incorporated in Los Angeles in 1948. Spawned from it are the Posse Comitatus, Aryan Nations, The Christian Patriot branch, The Committee of the States, the Unorganized Militia and other white supremacy swill."

Some bullet points from the first link I provided:

MAJOR DOCTRINAL ISSUES

1. The entire concept of British-Israelism is truly anti-Biblical. The proponents use Biblical verses in an attempt to back their ideas, but in the process totally ignore what has been said before and after the verses they use. The Bible is used as an attempt to give credibility to ideas that have no basis in the Scriptures.

2. The apologists for the belief twist and misuse historical events in a manner that distort the reality of events and confuse the uninitiated. The words and theories may sound important to those who do not know better, but the reality of what is being said is nonsense.

3. The attempt to use Jeremiah 43:4-7 as a proof text for their claim that the 10 tribes travelled to Ireland is ludicrous. The main force of the belief is that the daughter of Zedekiah, princess Tea-Tephi, was accompanied by the prophet Jeremiah to Ireland where she just happened to marry the king of Ireland, who also happened to be a descendant of Judah like herself. It was there that the two established the continuing throne of king David, fulfilling the prophecies in the Old Testament of the Bible. The story is contrived and false.

4. The "proofs" presented in the linguistic claims of place names that contain the word, or variation, or DAN is totally ludicrous. There is no correlation between the Hebrew and English alphabets that would allow such a comparison to be made. If these comparison are allowed, then the Israelites must have also gone east and visited Vietnam where they named the cities of, Danang, Don Duong and others.

5. The "proofs" presented in the linguistic claims of words being the same in Hebrew as in English are also ludicrous. It has been noted that dropping the "I" from the name of Isaac results in the world saac which is equated with Sax-son. The rational for doing such a thing is that in the Hebrew language, vowels are not written. If that criteria is used, then Isaac should become sc, as the a's should also be dropped. In that case the word becomes nonsense. The same should be done with the word "son", becoming sn. Thus the term formed is sc sn, which is gibberish. Which vowels should be placed back, in order to make sense out of the word?

Believing British-Israelism is the same as believing the DaVinci Code. It's all hogwash. There's no "possibility" that it is true. It is an EXTRA Biblical teaching which, for some reason, the COG Bible purists have adopted as the gospel truth. ALLLLL the COGs who talk about the demise of the U.S. teach this as if it is true. They believe they've "cracked the Bible code" as a result of it. The "research" and "proof" surrounding it is laughable if it wasn't put in such a dire message as what Weinland is spewing.
Again, this is a FALSE teaching with NO merit. Ron believes it, and that's also why his prophecies, every one of them to date, have failed.

Of course Purple Haze doesn't believe God's truth. He's Satan's pawn now.

"Of course Purple Haze doesn't believe God's truth. He's Satan's pawn now."

This is an example of grieving the Holy Spirit which is discussed in the New Testament.

Eph. 4:30: "Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption."

Why do Ron Weinland's followers continue to grieve the Holy Spirit. This is considered the unpardonable sin according to the Bible.

Even IF the British-Israelism were true....So What? What does that mean? Does it mean anybody who teaches it MUST be "THE TRUE LEADER OF GOD'S TRUE CHURCH?" This is what HWA and other Believe. BECAUSE they "understood it and taught it," it proves THEY are TODAY's (this generations) true leaders of THE ONE TRUE Church....

This is definately an "add on" to scripture.

So what if it's true...the character of the "teachers" is still suspect because they make it such a "salvational issue" within their body....
