All the Sevens, Ron Weinland's Timeline Vs Revelation's Sequence

I'm not an eschatologist, and am not motivated to do an in depth study of the book of Revelation. I must have managed to zone out during the WCG sermons I was required to attend before I came of age and didn't have to endure them any longer, because I didn't remember all the various "Sevens".

I took a quick read through Revelation. I've outlined it below in the sequence that it's presented, and without explanation of the symbology. An outline is useful because of all the "sevens" to track and sevens of one thing are nested within sevens of another thing with up to two levels of nesting. Here goes:

1st Seal, White Horse

2nd Seal, Red Horse incites wars

3rd Seal, Black Horse

4th Seal, Pale Horse ridden by Death, kills 1/4th of the earth

5th Seal, Martyrs told to wait longer for justice

6th Seal A great earthquake, sun turns black,144,00 are sealed (Feb 2 according to Ron)

7th Seal (March 18th according to Ron)

Silence for about ½ hour

1st Trumpet, hail and fire mixed with blood, burns 1/3 of the earth and trees, also all the green grass (April 17th according to Ron)

2nd Trumpet, 1/3rd of the sea turned to blood

3rd Trumpet, 1/3rd of the water turned bitter

4th Trumpet, 1/3rd of the sun, moon, and stars turned dark

5th Trumpet (1st Woe) Locusts with stings like scorpions

6th Trumpet (2nd Woe)

4 Angels kill 1/3rd of mankind

7 Unwritten Thunders (until Weinland)

2 Witnesses prophesy for 1260 days

2 Witnesses lie dead for 3 ½ days (according to Weinland this is part of the 1260 days)

2 Witnesses resurrected, severe earthquake (Sept 29, 2011 per Weinland)

7th Trumpet (3rd Woe)

Pregnant woman gives birth, hides for 1260 days (according to Weinland all 7th Trumpet events happen on one day)

Beast with 7 heads & 10 horns rules for 42 months (could be included within the 1260 days that the woman hides)

Seven Final Plagues

1st angel with 1st plague in 1st vial, painful sores

2nd angel with 2nd plague in 2nd vial, all sea life dies

3rd angel with 3rd plague in 3rd vial, water turned to blood

4th angel with 4th plague in 4th vial, sun intensifies

5th angel with 5th plague in 5th vial, sun darkens

6th angel with 6th plague in 6th vial, drought

7th angel with 7th plague in 7th vial

Satan Bound for 1000 years, Millennium, etc, etc.

Note that by the order presented in Revelation, between the 6th and 7th trumpets after 1/3 of mankind is killed off is when the 7 undefined thunders sound and then the Two Witnesses prophesy.

Weinland on the other hand says that he became one of the Two Witnesses and Spokesman for Both when the First Trumpet sounded on April 17. (Actually he's been prophesying before that and has done more of that before April 17th than he has since.) The Seven Thunders have been moved from the 6th trumpet of 7th seal to the 6th Seal. The 1260 days of the Two Witnesses have been moved from within the 6th Trumpet to parallel the first 6 trumpets. If the Two Witnesses were to testify throughout the blowing of the seven trumpets, Revelation should have mentioned them before the trumpets, and not wait until after the 6th trumpet is described before mentioning them.

The false prophet should read Revelation 22: 18-19:
"I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book." At a minimum, Weinland's definition of the Thunders that turned out to be silent were an addition to the book of Revelation.

I'm not interested in hearing a bunch of theories explaining how Revelation does not present the events in chronological sequence, and how one event in one chapter is the same event described in another chapter. The bible is the most versatile book ever written, it can be read to support any position you want.

The Book of Revelation is the best money maker for Christianity ever written and the worst piece of fiction ever conceived.

The ending of a curse to anyone who added or deleted anything was written during a time when writers did nothing but add and delete to various pseudo gospels and epistles.

If Revelation was really, and it wasn't, given by Jesus, then the Jesus of the Gospels vs. the Jesus of Revelation belies an end stage schizophrenia of the worst kind.

Any more than the god of the OT differs from the "god" of the NT?

It all came from the Egyptians. Constantine and the council tried to marry three different mystery school religions from Egypt, and for the most part they were successful---so successful, people are still controlled by the state religion of Rome, three thousand years later, in various splits, splinters, branches, and denominations.

I spent every sunday in church until I was 14.after 28 yrs married to a native american raised with traditional beliefs[didnt speak english until he was 8]I have come to realize for his tribe anyway, the 3 biggest differences between them and christianity is 1.Do the right thing, talk means nothing when it comes to being a good human being, action is everything.Don't condemn others or judge others.2.pray and worship alone its up to you to decide what to believe with your own direction.3.Stop looking for the answer to why, sometimes things just are.[civilized societies have a very hard time with this last concept, once you get it,everything makes sense]
there are so many wacky preachers out there like weiland-to bad we don't spend more time looking to ourselves for direction instead of those sad souls.
